McInerney Fellows

The McInerney Fellows Program is a nurturing community of first-generation/limited income (FGLI) students that strives to advance their holistic development. As a McInerney Fellow, students participate in community-building events that help foster impactful relationships with other FGLI students and attend informational programming that help students acquire knowledge in topics such as financial literacy, mental wellness, navigating college, and experiences beyond Notre Dame. Students are also awarded $2,000 for the academic year to spend at their own discretion. Undergraduate students are able to apply Spring Semester of their First Year. This scholarship program is funded entirely by benefaction.
