Senior Fellows Program

Ose Senior Fellows Application

The OSE is dedicated to informing, including, and investing in developmental programming and financial assistance for undergraduate students to ensure all students have the opportunity to flourish at Notre Dame. OSE Senior Fellows work to facilitate culture change by helping to bring the issues and concerns of first-generation college and/or lower-income students to the forefront of student life on campus. Specific initiatives include hall programming, workshops, and training for students, faculty, and staff. Students with an interest in work pertaining to socioeconomic status, citizenship, and access to higher education are encouraged to apply.

Senior Fellows are selected for one of the following positions: Office and Communications, Residence Hall Ambassador Lead, or Peer Mentor Lead. Each position comes with a $4,500 stipend paid out in increments throughout the academic year.

The application process for the 2026-27 academic year will begin in February 2026. To learn more about serving as an OSE Senior Fellow, please email our office at enrich@nd.edu.
